Ha-E Railway: It is the western section of Lin-Ha Railway, which refers to the railway from Hami, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to Ejina, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the northwest part of Gansu Province, and the eastern part of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. The total length of the line is 644 kilometers, and the main line is 629.9 kilometers. The line grade is National Railway Class I. In the initial stage, there will be 20 stations including Ejina, Mazongshan, and Hami East Station. The operating speed is 120 kilometers per hour; the upstream and downstream gradients are limited to 6‰ and 13‰ respectively. , Diesel locomotive traction (electrification conditions reserved), maximum traction weight 5,000 tons. In 2015, the Harbin-Ejin Railway (Ejina in Inner Mongolia to Hami, Xinjiang) was put into operation. After the completion of the railway, a second channel into and out of Xinjiang was opened.
The E-Harbin Railway is an important project in the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and an important part of the national “Belt and Road” strategy. The line starts from Chuandituo Station of Lince Railway, passes through Ejina Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Mazongshan area of Subei County of Jiuquan City, Hami City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and ends at Hami East Station of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway. The main line length is 629.9 kilometers, with a total investment of 98.7 billion, and the construction period is 18 months. Ejina Banner is an important stop on the ancient grassland Silk Road. After the completion of the E-Harbin Railway, it can reach Tianjin Port in the east through the existing Linche, Baolan and Beijing-Baotou Railways, connect to the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway in the west, and reach Central Asia and even Europe through Alashankou. It will become a major link in northern China. Xinjiang is another “New Silk Road” for Asia-Europe transportation. The completion and operation of the Harbin-Ezra Railway will form a new railway transportation channel connecting the northwest region with North China and the Bohai Rim region. It is of great significance to improving the national railway network and accelerating the development of the western region. It will change the railway channel between Xinjiang and the mainland and is close to the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line.” The pattern of “thousands of miles and a thin line pulls each other”.
哈额铁路:是临哈铁路的西段,是指从新疆维吾尔自治区哈密至内蒙古自治区额济纳的铁路。位于内蒙古自治区西部、甘肃省西北部、新疆自治区东部境内。线路全长644公里,正线629.9公里,线路等级为国铁Ⅰ级,初期设额济纳、马鬃山、哈密东站等20个车站,运营时速120公里;上下行限制坡度分别为6‰和13‰,内燃机车牵引(预留电气化条件),最大牵引重量5000吨。2015年,哈额铁路(内蒙古额济纳至新疆哈密)开通运营,铁路建成后,打通了出入新疆第二通道。
额哈铁路是国家”十二五”规划的重要工程,国家”一带一路”战略的重要组成部分。线路起自临策铁路川地托站,经内蒙古自治区额济纳旗、酒泉市肃北县马鬃山地区、新疆维吾尔自治区哈密市,终至兰新铁路哈密东站,正线长度629.9公里,总投资98.7亿元,建设工期为18个月。额济纳旗是古代草原丝绸之路的重要驿站。额哈铁路建成后,通过既有的临策、包兰、京包铁路,向东可抵达天津港,向西接入兰新铁路、经阿拉山口可通往中亚乃至欧洲,将成为中国北疆又一条亚欧运输”新丝路”。哈额铁路建成运营,将形成连接西北地区与华北地区、环渤海地区的铁路运输新通道,对完善国家铁路网络、加快西部开发具有重要意义,将改变新疆与内地铁路通道紧靠兰新线”千里一线牵”的格局。
