Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway 广深高铁

The Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway is an important part of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-speed Railway. The Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway starts from Guangzhou South Station of the Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway in the north and ends at Shenzhen North Station. The length of the line from Guangzhou to Shenzhen is 104.6 kilometers, with a total investment of 16.7 billion yuan. The Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway all uses the latest independently developed CRTSⅠ slab ballastless track from the mainland to ensure that the design speed target of this high-grade double-track electrified railway is 350 kilometers per hour for the offline part and more than 250 kilometers per hour for the online part. The operating time is about 30 minutes. There will be 5 stations along the way: Guangzhou South, Tung Chung, Humen, Guangming, Shenzhen North and Futian. It is expected to be completed and open to traffic in mid-2011.

广深高铁是广深港高速铁路的重要组成部分，广深高铁北起武广高铁广州南站，止于深圳北站。广州至深圳段线路长度为104.6公里，总投资167亿元。广深高铁全部采用由内地最新自主研发的CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道，以保障这条高等级双线电气化铁路设计速度目标值为线下部分350公里每小时，在线部分达250公里每小时以上，运营时间30分钟左右。沿途将有5个车站：广州南、东涌 、虎门 、光明、深圳北、福田。预计2011年年中建成通车。
