Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway 杭绍台城际铁路

Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway is an inter-city railway connecting Hangzhou, Shaoxing and Taizhou exclusively for passenger trains. The railway is a fast channel in Zhejiang Province that connects the Hangzhou metropolitan area and the Wenzhou-Taiwan coastal urban agglomeration. It is an important part of the intercity rail transit network in the Yangtze River Delta region and a component of the national coastal railway rapid passenger transport channel. It is also China’s first private The capital-controlled high-speed rail PPP project was selected into the list of “Zhejiang Province’s “13th Five-Year Plan” Outline” and the national “Social Capital Investment Railway Demonstration Project”.
The main line of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan Intercity Railway starts from Hangzhou East Station in the north, using the existing Hangzhou-Ningbo high-speed railway to Shaoxing North Station. Then a new main line will be built from the east end of Shaoxing North Station to Taizhou Wenling Station, passing through Jianggan and Xiaoshan in Hangzhou. Shaoxing Keqiao, Yuecheng, Shangyu, Shengzhou, Xinchang and Taizhou Tiantai, Linhai, Jiaojiang, Luqiao, Wenling and other counties (cities and districts). The completed Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan intercity railway is expected to have a total of 12 stations. From north to south, they are Hangzhou East Station, Hangzhou South Station, Shaoxing North Station (existing station), Dongguan Station, Sanjie Station, Shengzhou Xinchang Station, Tiantai Station, Linhai Station (existing station), Taizhou Central Station, Wenling Station (existing station), Wenling West Station, Yuhuan Station. The completion of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou intercity railway will improve the road network layout of Taizhou City, stimulate the economic and social development of many places along the line, facilitate citizens’ travel, and create a “one-hour” economic circle in Zhejiang Province. Once this railway is completed, it will also promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, integrate the Wenzhou-Taiwan urban agglomeration into the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and contribute to the “Belt and Road” national development strategy.

杭绍台城际铁路(Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway),是连接杭州、绍兴、台州三地的专供旅客列车行驶的一条城际铁路。该铁路是浙江省内沟通杭州都市区与温台沿海城市群的一条快捷通道,是长江三角洲地区城际轨道交通网络的重要组成部分,国家沿海铁路快速客运通道的组成部分,也是中国首条民营资本控股的高铁PPP项目,入选《浙江省“十三五”规划纲要》、全国“社会资本投资铁路示范项目”名单。
杭绍台城际铁路主线线路走向为北起杭州枢纽杭州东站,利用既有杭甬高速铁路至绍兴北站,之后新建正线由绍兴北站东端至台州市温岭站,途经杭州江干、萧山,绍兴柯桥、越城、上虞、嵊州、新昌和台州天台、临海、椒江、路桥、温岭等县(市、区)。建设好的杭绍台城际铁路预计共设12座车站,自北向南分别为杭州东站、杭州南站、绍兴北站(既有站)、东关站、三界站、嵊州新昌站、天台站、临海站(既有站)、台州中心站、温岭站(既有站)、温岭西站、玉环站。杭绍台城际铁路的建成,将完善台州市的路网布局,拉动沿线多地经济社会发展,方便市民出行,打造浙江省“1小时”经济圈。这条铁路一旦建成,还将促进长三角城市群联动发展,实现温台城市群融入长江经济带,助力“一带一路”国家发展战略。
