Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, referred to as the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Line, also known as the Southeast Coast Railway, is a railway on the southeast coast of China connecting Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province and Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It is part of the “Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan” (2016 Edition) ) is an important part of the “Coastal Channel”, one of the main channels of the “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed railway. As of January 2020, the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway runs from Hangzhou East Railway Station to Shenzhen North Railway Station, with a total length of 1,464 kilometers, and a design speed of 350 kilometers/hour (east of Hangzhou East Railway Station to Ningbo Station), 250 kilometers/hour (Ningbo Station South to Fuzhou Section), 200 km/h (south of Fuzhou Station to Shenzhen North Railway Station).
The Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway is one of the “four vertical and four horizontal” passenger lines planned in China’s medium and long-term railway plan, connecting the Yangtze River, the Pearl River Delta and the southeastern coastal areas. Starting from Hangzhou East Railway Station, it goes south along the southeastern coastline of China, passing through Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen and other places to reach Shenzhen North Railway Station in Shenzhen, with a total length of approximately 1,464 kilometers. The total length of the Fuzhou-Xiamen section of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway is 274.9 kilometers. The total length of the section from Xiamen to Shenzhen is 502.4 kilometers, of which 144.2 kilometers are in Fujian and 358.2 kilometers are in Guangdong. The completion and operation of the Ningbo-Fuzhou section of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway not only has a very important demonstration significance for further improving the construction level of China’s passenger dedicated lines and accelerating the construction of a rapid railway passenger transport network, but also for promoting the sound and rapid economic and social development of the southeastern coastal areas and strengthening the radiation area. It is of extremely great significance to promote domestic economic, cultural, personnel and information exchanges and promote stable and rapid economic development.
杭深铁路(Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway),简称杭深线,又名东南沿海铁路,是中国东南沿海一条连接浙江省杭州市与广东省深圳市的铁路,是《中长期铁路网规划》(2016年版)中“八纵八横”高速铁路主通道之一“沿海通道”的重要组成部分。截至2020年1月,杭深铁路由杭州东站至深圳北站,全长1464千米,设计速度350千米/小时(杭州东站以东至宁波站)、250千米/小时(宁波站以南至福州段)、200千米/小时(福州站以南至深圳北站)。
杭深铁路是中国中长期铁路规划的“四纵四横”客运专线之“一纵”,连接长江、珠江三角洲和东南沿海地区。由杭州东站出发,沿中国东南海岸线南下,途经宁波、温州、台州、福州、厦门等地,到达位于深圳的深圳北站,全长约1464公里。杭深铁路福州至厦门段全长274.9公里。厦门至深圳段全长502.4公里,其中福建境内144.2公里,广东境内358.2公里。杭深铁路宁波至福州段的建成运营,不仅对于进一步提高中国客运专线建设水平,加快铁路快速客运网建设具有十分重要的示范意义,而且对于促进东南沿海经济社会又好又快发展,加强辐射区域内经济、文化、人员和信息交流,促进经济平稳较快发展具有极其重大的意义。
