Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway 杭温铁路

The full name of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway is the Hangzhou-Wenzhou Intercity High-speed Railway. It is an intercity high-speed railway connecting Hangzhou, Jinhua-Yiwu Metropolitan Area, and Wenzhou. It is an important part of the Yangtze River Delta High-speed Railway Circle and is a convenient way for the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone to connect to the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait. It is also an important strategic channel connecting the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road. It is also the nearest major channel of the Beijing-Taiwan High-Speed Railway (Beijing-Taipei). The Hangzhou-Wenzhou high-speed railway has a total length of 300 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The line starts from the Hangzhou South Railway Station comprehensive hub and passes through Zhuji Station, Dongyang-Yiwu Airport Station, Hengdian Station, Pan’an (Xinwo/Incheon) Station, Xianju Station, and Yongjia Station (Wenzhou North Railway Station), Yueqing (Wenzhou East Railway Station), and finally Wenzhou Airport, where Wenzhou Airport is connected to the New Wenzhou-Fuzhou Section of the Beijing-Taiwan High-speed Railway and the Jinli-Wenzhou Expansion Railway.
The Hangzhou-Wenzhou high-speed railway has a design speed of 350km/h and is divided into three sections for construction, namely the Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway Phase I (the Yiwu-Wenzhou section), the Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway Phase II (Hangzhou-Yiwu section), and the Hangzhou-Wenzhou West to Hangzhou-Wenzhou Railway The Yellow Connector is an important part of the intercity rail transit network in the Yangtze River Delta region. Construction of the pilot section started on March 9, 2017, and the entire line is expected to be completed and open to traffic in 2022. The Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway is one of the key promotion projects of the national medium- and long-term railway network planning. It is also the first high-speed railway in China to carry out dual demonstrations of PPP and mixed-ownership reform pilots. The Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway is the second high-speed railway in Jinhua with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour after the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway. Its planning and construction will provide a powerful transportation engine for Jinhua to build a national comprehensive transportation hub and build the fourth largest metropolitan area in Zhejiang Province.

杭温铁路全称为杭温城际高速铁路,是连接杭州、金华-义乌都市圈、温州的一条城际高速铁路,是长三角高速铁路圈的重要组成部分,是长三角经济区连接海峡西岸经济区便捷通道,也是连接长江经济带和海上丝绸之路的重要战略通道。也是京台高铁(北京-台北)的最近大通道。杭温高铁全长300公里,设计时速350公里,线路起于杭州南站综合枢纽,经由诸暨站、东阳-义乌机场站、横店站、磐安(新渥/仁川)站、仙居站、永嘉(温州北站)、乐清(温州东站),终于温州机场,在温州机场与京台高铁新温福段、金丽温扩能铁路连接。
杭温高速铁路设计时速350km/h,共分为三段建设建设,分别为杭温铁路一期(义乌至温州段)、杭温铁路二期(杭州至义乌段)和湖州至杭州西至杭黄连接线,是长三角地区城际轨道交通网络的重要组成部分。先行段于2017年3月9日开工建设,全线预计2022年建成通车。杭温高铁是国家中长期铁路网规划重点推进项目之一,也是国内首条开展PPP和混改试点双示范的高铁。杭温高铁是继沪昆高铁后,金华境内第二条设计时速350公里的高速铁路,其规划建设为金华打造全国性综合交通枢纽、建设浙江省第四大都市区提供强大的交通引擎。
