The Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway is a key project in the country’s “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and an important part of the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway in the “Four Vertical and Four Horizontal” high-speed railway network in the “Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan”. It runs through the three provinces of Northeast China, starting from Dalian in the south, running through Yangkou, Anshan, Liaoyang, Shenyang, Tieling, Siping, Changchun, Songyuan, and finally ending in Harbin. The total length of the line is 904 kilometers, with a maximum speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The construction of the Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line officially started on August 23, 2007. At 10:18 am on December 28, 2010, the Harbin to Dalian high-speed railway was successfully paved. All offline projects and station front projects were completed, and the entire line investment has been completed. Completed 80% of the plan. It is expected to be officially opened to traffic in October 2011.
哈大高速铁路是国家“十一五”规划的重点工程,是《中长期铁路网规划》“四纵四横”高速铁路网中京哈高铁的重要组成部分。它纵贯东北三省,南起大连,经营口、鞍山、辽阳、沈阳、铁岭、四平、长春、松原,终至哈尔滨,线路全长904公里,最高时速可达350公里。哈大客运专线于2007年8月23日正式开工建设,2010年12月28日上午10:18分,哈尔滨至大连高速铁路全线胜利铺通,线下工程和站前工程全部结束,全线投资已完成计划的80%。预计2011年10月正式通车。
