Harbin-Qiqihaer High-speed Railway 哈齐高速铁路

Harbin-Qiqihaer High-speed Railway, referred to as the Harbin-Qiqihaer High-speed Railway, formerly known as the Harbin-Qiqihaer Passenger Dedicated Line, is a high-speed railway connecting Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, and Qiqihar City, China. The key project of the Second Five-Year Plan is Heilongjiang Province’s first intra-provincial intercity high-speed railway. The Haqi High-Speed Railway runs from Harbin West Station to Qiqihar Station, with a total length of 282 kilometers and 11 stations. The designed maximum speed is 350 kilometers per hour.
The Haqi high-speed railway officially started construction on July 5, 2009; on August 17, 2015, the entire line was officially opened to traffic. After the completion of the Haqi high-speed railway, together with the existing Binzhou Railway and Binsui Railway, it will form a major passenger and freight channel that runs through the east and west of Heilongjiang Province and connects eastern Mongolia. It will enhance the economic development of the Harbin-Daqi Industrial Corridor and enhance its economic radiation and It is of great significance for industrial diffusion to drive the economic development of the province and enhance the economic competitiveness of Heilongjiang Province. The Haqi high-speed railway will surely drive the development of investment, shopping, tourism and other related link industries in Qiqihar City, and become another strong engine for the economic development of Hecheng (Qiqihar City).

哈齐高速铁路（Harbin-Qiqihaer High-speed Railway），简称哈齐高铁，曾用名哈齐客运专线，是一条连接中国黑龙江省省会哈尔滨市至齐齐哈尔市之间的高速铁路，是中国国家“十二五”规划的重点工程，是黑龙江省第一条省内城际间高速铁路。哈齐高速铁路由哈尔滨西站至齐齐哈尔站，全长282公里，设11个车站，设计的最高速度为350千米/小时。
哈齐高速铁路于2009年7月5日正式开工；2015年8月17日，全线正式通车。哈齐高速铁路建成后与既有滨洲铁路、滨绥铁路共同组成了贯穿黑龙江省东西部，衔接蒙东地区的客货运大通道，对于哈大齐工业走廊经济的发展，增强其经济辐射和产业扩散，带动全省经济发展，提升黑龙江省经济竞争力具有重要意义。哈齐高速铁路必将带动齐齐哈尔市投资、购物、旅游等相关链接产业发展，成为鹤城（齐齐哈尔市）经济发展的又一强劲引擎。
