Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway 汉十高速铁路

Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway, referred to as Han-Shiyan High-speed Railway, also known as Han-Shiyan Passenger Dedicated Line, is a high-speed railway connecting Wuhan City and Shiyan City in Hubei Province. It is China’s “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed railway It is a convenient communication channel between the central region and the northwest region of the network. The section from Hankou to Yunmeng East is the Wuxiao Intercity Railway, and the section from Yunmeng East to Shiyan East is the Xiaoshi Section of Wuxi High-speed Railway.
The section from Xiaogan East to Shiyan East of Han-Xiao High-Speed Railway leads westbound from Xiaogan East Station of Han-Xiao Intercity Railway and passes through Xiaogan City, Yunmeng County, Anlu City, Suizhou City, Suixian County, Zaoyang City, Xiangyang City, Gucheng County, and Danjiangkou City to Shiyan City, the total length of the line is 399 kilometers. The opening and operation of the Han-Shi High-speed Railway has brought the contiguous poverty-stricken areas of Qinba Mountain into the national high-speed railway network. The time taken from Wuhan to Suizhou, Xiangyang, and Shiyan has been reduced by half, which greatly facilitates travel for people along the line. The design speed is 200 km/h (the east section from Hankou to Xiaogan), 250 km/h (the section from Xiaogan east to Yunmeng East), and 350 km/h (the section from Yunmeng East to Shiyan East).

汉十高速铁路（Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway），简称汉十高铁，又名汉十客运专线，是一条连接湖北省武汉市与十堰市的高速铁路，是中国“八纵八横”高速铁路网中部地区与西北地区间的便捷联系通道，汉口至云梦东段即武孝城际铁路，云梦东至十堰东段即武西高速铁路孝十段。
汉十高速铁路孝感东至十堰东段自汉孝城际铁路孝感东站引出西行，经孝感市、云梦县、安陆市、随州市、随县、枣阳市、襄阳市、谷城县、丹江口市至十堰市，线路全长399千米。汉十高速铁路的开通运营，将秦巴山连片特困区拉入全国高速铁路网，武汉至随州、襄阳、十堰用时均压缩一半，极大方便沿线群众出行。设计速度200千米小时（汉口至孝感东段）、250千米/小时（孝感东至云梦东段）、350千米/小时（云梦东至十堰东段）。
