The Hefei-Qingdao High-Speed Railway (He-Qing High-Speed Railway) is a high-speed rail project connecting Hefei to Qingdao. The project has entered the feasibility study stage and had its first environmental impact assessment publicized on April 15, 2016. The proposed line will pass through places like Dingyuan, Mingguang, Wuhe, Sixian, Sihong, Suqian, and will link to the Xuzhou-Lianyungang passenger-dedicated line at Xinyi, extending to Qingdao through the Qingdao-Lianyungang Railway currently under construction.
Once completed, this high-speed rail project will make travel from Hefei to the northern parts of Jiangsu and the Jiaodong Peninsula much more convenient. With the completion of the He-Qing High-Speed Railway, passengers from Qingdao and the Shandong Peninsula, including Yantai, as well as from northern Jiangsu, will be able to transfer at Hefei to the Beijing-Kowloon High-Speed Railway for direct access to the economically developed Pearl River Delta region, including cities like Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Additionally, the journey from Hefei to Rizhao will no longer be without train service, with the travel time expected to be around 2.5 hours.
The He-Qing High-Speed Railway, specifically the Hefei to Xinyi section, is part of China’s regional high-speed rail connection lines planned under the “Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Plan” issued jointly by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Transport, and China State Railway Group. It is designed to link up north with the Xuzhou-Lianyungang high-speed line, the second Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway corridor, and the coastal high-speed railway. To the south, it connects with Hefei-Anqing-Jiujiang, Changsha-Jiujiang, Changsha-Ji’an-Ganzhou, and Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railways, forming a rapid passenger transport corridor from Hefei to the Shandong Peninsula. This plays a strategic role in improving the national high-speed railway network layout, strengthening economic integration between inland and coastal areas, and supporting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.
合青高铁是合肥至青岛的高速铁路,项目已进入可行性研究阶段,并于2016年4月15号第一次环评公示。线路途经定远、明光、五河、泗县、泗洪、宿迁,在新沂接入徐连客运专线新沂南站至连云港,接在建的青连铁路延伸至青岛。 这条高铁项目建成后,合肥前往江苏北部、胶东半岛将更加便捷。合青高铁建成后,青岛和山东半岛烟台以及苏北地区的旅客可以在合肥转乘京九高铁直达深圳、香港等珠三角发达地区,同时,合肥前往日照,也将结束不通火车的历史,行程耗时大约在2.5个小时左右。 合青高铁是合肥至青岛的高速铁路合肥至新沂段简称,根据国家发改委、交通运输部以及中铁总联合印发的《中长期铁路网规划》,合青铁路是我国在”八纵八横”铁路主通道的基础上,规划建设的高速铁路区域连接线,北接徐连客专、京沪高铁第二通道和沿海高铁,南与合安九、昌九、昌吉赣、赣深等高铁联通,构成华南、西南经合肥至山东半岛的快速客运大通道,对完善国家快速铁路网布局,加强内陆与沿海地区经济融合,支撑长江经济带和山东半岛蓝色经济区建设具有重要的战略意义。
