Dazhou-Chengdu Railway 达成铁路

Dazhou-Chengdu Railway starts from Sanhui Town Station in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province in the east and ends at Longtansi Station in Chengdu City in the west. The passenger mileage is 347km. Longtansi Station to Sanhui Town Station is regarded as the uplink, and vice versa is regarded as the downlink. In November 2004 The capacity expansion and transformation was officially started on the 27th, and the capacity expansion and transformation was officially completed on July 7, 2009, and the “Harmony” EMU train was launched. DaDa Railway is the first high-speed railway in Southwest China. It is responsible for nearly half of the transportation tasks from Sichuan east to central China, east China, and south China, north to north China and northeast China, and south to south China and southeast China. The scenery along the DaDa Railway is beautiful, and the dark green scenery reflects the beautiful, rich and prosperous scene of the Sichuan Basin. The main cities along the line are: Dazhou, Nanchong, Suining and Chengdu.
The DaDa Railway passes through the Sichuan Basin and consists of Suicheng Railway (Western Line of DaDa Railway), Xiangyu Railway, Baocheng Railway, Chengdu-Kunming Railway, Suiyu Railway, Gaonan Branch Railway (Guang’an Branch of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway), Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway The Chongqing Railway is an important connecting line among the eight railways and is a transportation artery across the eastern Sichuan region. The double-track reach railway starts from Dazhou Station of Xiangyu Railway in the east, connects with Sanhuizhen Station of Xiangyu Railway, and goes west through Quxian, Yingshan, Peng’an, Nanchong, Pengxi, Suining, Jintang and other districts (counties) to Longtansi Station. Connect to the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway and follow the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway to Chengdu Station and Chengdu East Station. The operating length from Dazhou to Chengdu is 368 kilometers. Compared with the existing line to reach Dazhou, the entire line has fewer curves and more bridges and tunnels. The designed maximum speed is 200 kilometers per hour, which is more than double the speed of the existing line of the Dazhou-Dazhou Railway. The DaDa Railway is an important part of my country’s Shanghai-Hancheng Express Railway and has become a traffic trunk line to Chengdu in the west and Shanghai in the east.

达成铁路（Dazhou-Chengdu Railway）东起四川省达州市三汇镇站，西止成都市龙潭寺站，客运里程347km，龙潭寺站至三汇镇站作为上行，反之作为下行，2004年11月27日正式启动扩能改造，2009年7月7日正式结束扩能改造，开行“和谐号”动车组列车。达成铁路是西南地区第一条快速铁路。承担着四川东出至华中、华东、华南，北上华北、东北，南下华南、东南的近一半的运输任务。达成铁路沿线景色优美，一片墨绿幽幽的美景，体现出四川盆地美丽富饶的繁华景象。沿线主要城市有:达州、南充、遂宁、成都。
达成铁路穿越四川盆地，为遂成铁路（达成铁路西线）、襄渝铁路、宝成铁路、成昆铁路、遂渝铁路、高南支线铁路（兰渝铁路广安支线）、成渝铁路、兰渝铁路8条铁路的一条重要联络线，是横贯川东地区的交通大动脉。达成铁路复线东起襄渝铁路达州站，于襄渝铁路三汇镇站接轨，向西经渠县、营山、蓬安、南充、蓬溪、遂宁、金堂等区（县），至龙潭寺站接入成渝铁路，沿成渝铁路至成都站、成都东站。达州至成都运营长度368公里，与达成既存线相比，全线弯道减少、桥梁隧道较多，设计最高时速达200公里，比既存线的老达成铁路时速提高了一倍多。达成铁路是我国沪汉蓉快速铁路大通道的重要组成部分，成为西向成都，东至上海的一条交通干线。
