Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway 沪苏湖高速铁路

Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway, also known as the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway, is a high-speed railway connecting Shanghai, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province . The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou high-speed railway runs from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Huzhou Station. The main line is 163.708 kilometers long, with 7 stations and a maximum design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou high-speed railway started construction on June 5, 2020.
The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway starts from Hongqiao Station in Shanghai, passes through Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province, and ends at Huzhou Station in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total length of the main line is 163.54 kilometers, with 6 stations, 4 of which will be newly built, leaving room for the establishment of Huzhou East Station and a tie line in the direction of Hangzhou. A connecting line is set up at the Shanghai hub to be introduced into Shanghai South Railway Station. The general speed facilities of Shanghai South Railway Station are relocated to Songjiang South Railway Station, and the rerouting project of the Songjiang section of the existing Shanghai-Kunming Line is simultaneously implemented. The Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Railway Company is responsible for the project implementation as the project owner, and the construction period is 4 years. The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway is an important railway transportation channel connecting Shanghai, Suzhou, Wujiang, Huzhou and other core areas of the Yangtze River Delta. It is also connected with the He-Hang High-speed Railway and the Ning-Hangzhou High-speed Railway in Huzhou. 沪苏湖高速铁路（Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway），即上海经苏州至湖州铁路，又名沪苏湖高铁，是一条连接上海市、江苏省苏州市与浙江省湖州市的高速铁路。沪苏湖高速铁路由上海虹桥站至湖州站，正线全长163.708千米，设7座车站，最高设计速度350千米/小时 。沪苏湖高速铁路于2020年6月5日开工建设。
沪苏湖高铁起自上海市虹桥站，途经江苏省苏州市，终至浙江省湖州市湖州站。正线全长163.54公里，设站6座，其中新建4座，预留湖州东站及往杭州方向设置联络线的条件。上海枢纽设联络线引入上海南站，上海南站普速设施搬迁至松江南站，同步实施既有沪昆线松江段改线工程。本项目由沪杭客专公司作为项目业主负责项目实施，建设工期4年。沪苏湖高速铁路是连通上海、苏州吴江、湖州等长三角核心区的重要铁路运输通道，并在湖州与合杭高速铁路、宁杭高速铁路衔接，项目的建设对于完善地区路网，促进社会经济发展都具有重要的意义
