Cities along the railway, including Fuyang, Lixin County of Bozhou, and Mengcheng County, are undergoing a significant transformation. Fuyang, known as the “Double Bridgehead,” is set to further solidify its core position in the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the development of the central region. Lixin County, experiencing high-speed rail connectivity for the first time, is poised to open a new chapter of modern transportation.

Mengcheng County’s Transportation Hub

Mengcheng County will have a modern transportation hub spanning 15,000 square meters, equipped with six arrival and departure lines and two island platforms. Future plans may include connecting it to the Bozhou-Bengbu railway line via switch No. 42.

Once operational, the Fumeng Huai Intercity Railway will significantly shorten travel times between cities, accelerating the flow of people and resources. For instance, travel from Lixin to Fuyang will be much faster.
