Chengdu-Ankang Railway 成安铁路

The Chengdu-Ankang Railway, mistakenly referred to as the Chengdu-Ankang High-Speed Railway, is planned with a route direction that includes Chengdu, Jintang, Zhongjiang, Santai, Yanting, Langzhong, Yilong, Bazhong, Tongjiang, Wanyuan, and Ankang as control points. The total length of the railway is approximately 500 kilometers with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

Once the Chengdu-Ankang High-Speed Railway is completed, it will seamlessly connect with the Western High-Speed Rail Corridor, the Hanzhong-Bazhong-Chongqing High-Speed Rail, the Shanghai-Hefei-Ankang High-Speed Rail, the Wuhan-Shiyan-Ankang-Xi’an High-Speed Rail, as well as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway. This will bring the “Western Triangle” into closer contact and better link several important economic belts and urban clusters in the central and western regions. Consequently, it will strengthen the effective connection between the “Western Triangle” and the “Belt and Road” initiative.

成安铁路:被误称为成安高铁。线路走向以成都-金堂-中江-三台-盐亭-阆中-仪陇-巴中-通江-万源-安康为控制点布设。总里程约500公里，设计时速350公里每小时。 成安高铁建成后，既能无缝对接西部高铁大通道，汉中-巴中-重庆高铁、上海-合肥-安康高铁、武汉-十堰-安康-西安高铁以及川藏铁路，使”西三角”联系更为紧密。更好地衔接中西部地区多个重要经济带和城市群，进而加强”西三角”与”一带一路”的有效衔接。
