Dazhou-Chongqing High Speed Railway 达渝铁路

Dazhou-Chongqing High Speed Railway, also known as Dazhou-Chongqing Passenger Dedicated Line. On September 21, 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the Chengdu-Chongqing intercity railway network plan (2015-2020), which includes the Da-Chongqing intercity railway. The Dazhou-Chongqing intercity railway starts from Dazhou, Sichuan, and goes directly to Chongqing via Linshui County, Guang’an. A branch line is built to connect to Guang’an, with a total length of 239 kilometers.
The direction of the Chongqing-Dazhou intercity railway line is: the main city of Chongqing – Dazhou. The total length of the line is about 230 kilometers, and the new mileage in Chongqing is about 23 kilometers. The speed target value is 250 km/h. The Chongqing-Dalian intercity railway connects districts and counties in the trough valleys of Huaying Mountain and Tongluo Mountain, strengthens connections with megacities, strengthens Chongqing’s radiation effect on surrounding cities, and improves the transportation infrastructure in the trough valleys of Huaying Mountain and Tongluo Mountain. Improve external communication capabilities and promote regional economic development along the route.

达渝城际铁路(Dazhou-Chongqing High Speed Railway)，又称达渝客运专线。2015年9月21日，国家发改委批复了成渝城市群城际铁路网规划(2015～2020年)，规划中含有达渝城际铁路。达渝城际铁路从四川达州出发，经广安邻水县直达重庆，并建支线与广安相连，总长239公里。
渝达城际铁路线路走向:重庆主城―达州。线路全长约230公里，重庆境内新增里程约23公里。速度目标值250公里/小时。渝达城际铁路串联华蓥山、铜锣山槽谷地带的区县，加强与超大城市联系，加强重庆对周边城市的辐射作用，完善华蓥山、铜锣山槽谷地带交通基础设施，提高对外联系能力，促进沿线区域经济发展。
